METHODS OF RECRUITING CANDIDATES

Typically, the candidates that our client companies desire to attract to their organizations are employed by their competitors, reasonably happy, fairly well compensated and would rank in the top 10%-15% when compared to their peers. These candidates are recruitable only if they are provided with a better opportunity. If required by the hiring authority, arrangements can be made for psychological or professional skills testing as well.

The result of our candidates' reference checks, resumes, salary history and all other pertinent data are compiled and presented to the employer. During the search for the candidates, Strategic Resources Biotechnology and Medical Group will keep the client company contact appraised of progress on a weekly basis. Once the candidates are screened, we will present them to the company along with recommendations and background of the top five.

STANDARD FEE POLICY

Strategic Resources Biotechnology and Medical Group normally works on a contingency basis. At times however, we work on a retainer; container or consulting basis. On retainer, payment is made on a partial pro-rated basis while we are conducting our recruiting activities. Final payment is due upon completion of the assignment.
